Foaming in mouth

We noticed foaming in mouth for my daughter during her sleep who is 6.9 years...even if rub it with muslin cloth it appears in 15-20 mins. It happens after an hour of her going to bed. No bed wetting , no body stiffness. She has cold and congestion. We have given her deworming medicine. What could be the reason?

Hi, as she is having cold and nasal congestion during sleep she might be respiring through mouth which could be the cause for her drooling of saliva. Use nasal drops for nasal blockage. If not subsided then consult a paediatrician physically.
