Is this fnac report sufficient or do i need to go for excisional biopsy. The node is present for 5 months and it is moveable.

Consult Now
The report looks fine with lymph node showing features of infection only. It needs to be corellated with your clinical condition. If still there is some suspicion then excision biopsy is definitive.
