Fluid sensation in right ribs

I can feel a liquid sensation when I push my right ribs slightly, and this extends across the first 4 ribs from down--right side ribs only, and central cartilage towards right. Sometimes I feel this sensation at the back rib too. Its positional and feel it most when I lie down flat. I have a low grade fever of 99.4 since few days.
