Fluid discharge from right ear

A white colored fluid discharge is there from my right ear since last 2-3 days. But there is no earache till now. So, what should i do now? Is it something very serious? 6 months back also i went to my ENT doctor, that time there was slight fungal infection and a yellow colured fluid discharge & slight pain. So, what should i do doctor?

White discharge without pain can occur most likely bcoz of csom which means a hole in tbd tympanic membrane..less likely it can be fungal infection
