I have had a heart attack in 08 and I have 3 stints.My eyes have had fluid building up under them for about 2 months.They have started hurting and it seems like I can't see as good sometime.

Hello.. Skin under eye has loose connective tissues and its very prone to fluid accumulation. Reason might be kidney problem as well as weak heart function ...you need to consult your cardiologist or physician at the earliest...then you may consult any nearby ophthalmologist.
