Fluctuations in period cycle.

I have hypothyroidism. From last few months my period cycle is fluctuating. Like one month if it is 28 days next month's it would be 32-33 days then next month again 28 days then again 32 -33 days. I am planning for second child also. First child is 5.5 yrs old. please suggest what should I do.
