My mother has recovered from Covid 12 days back.Since last four days she is having problem of fluctuating blood pressure.Sometimes blood pressure reaches as low as 90/55.At that time she feels dizziness.Normally it is 120/ 75.Sometimes it also goes as high as 160/90.She takes Metlor 25 XR. Kindly advise if any change in medicine or new medicine is required
