Flu with mild fever and severe headache

I have been suffering from headache, cold and frequent flu for almost a week. It started with severe cough then cold. It comes and goes on its own. I have had medicines for 2 days continuosly 3 times a day. While taking medicines I recover for some time but the moment I stop taking pills it comes back again. I feel little weak too. Kindly suggest on what medicines should I take or should I consult someone to get over this weird flu?
