Flu symptoms with chest and back pain

Ive had s cough runny nose stuffy nose sore throat lost my voice for a week for a month then I started having back and chest pain with trouble breathing and pain when I would cough for about 2 weeks also feeling hot and sweating under blankets but freezing cold when out. Also I am breastfeeding.
