Azithromycin is a higher antibiotic, and please do not take higher antibiotic for simple flu .weakness and body ache is quite common after flu, be adequately hydrated and rest. AND given the current pandemic situation it is recommended to do the test for COVID 19 in Ur nearby health care center.
