How to stop further increase in number of floaters? Please advise some necessary rules which I need to follow.

Hi..there are no clear cut rules which will stop floaters.. it is like how your hair turns grey ..no clear cut rules ..but to improve general conditions, well being of  body ,good sleep, vitamin supplements , antioxidants etc.. But still there is no absolute control.
