Hey i have 20-30 floaters in right eye which are constantly visible they are so much that it disturbes me even not in sunlight in a well lit room i see floaters too much doctors said no tear nothing but why they icreased suddenly can it be due to stress

Hello.. It could also be due to vitreous degeneration but usually occurs in elderly or myopes. If you have gotten an evaluation done, shouldnt be a problem. If not, kindly get a retinal examination done.
