Floater's in both Eye's

I am suffering from Eye floaters for very long time now. Is there a laser treatment available in India? Is it safe? Can you suggest a hospital for the same? Note - I have tested my Eye's twice in last 15 months. Doctor has concluded Retina is fine as of now. They are not in favour of Vitrectomy as Retina is fine. I am from Mumbai.

Hello Floaters are due to coagulation of collagen fibrils present in vitreous These are benign Best way to get rid of them is to avoid them Laser may be done if patient is very symptomatic..I usually don't recommend laser for flaoters
