Flank pain and thoroic pain

I have been experiencing this problem since 1 year, I had hrct which shows mild bronchiatetic changes but I don't have cough neither any history of coughing, My amylase and lipase levels are also high and my sgpt and sgot are also high, My doctor's are not able to rectify which medicine should be given, I'm taking pain killer since one year.
