Flaky Dead skin on HANDS

I noticed this condition 20 days ago... and i let it to that time since i thot its just a normal rash or something... but the condition has worsened in past few days... too much dead skin has developed on the right palm specially when i come back after washing hands ...my hands fill with watery dead skin all wover the palm...the condition is painless though...i dont feel any pain but its not going away...i applied moisturizers etc but ita not going away.
