I have a flaccid penis length of 18cm and ever since I could remember it has always rubbed against my leg and pants. I believe all that rubbing has desensitized my penis because it takes me an hour to orgasm from sex and even longer from masturbation. Anyway I can decrease my flaccid penis size or increase my sensitivity level?
