I have secondary progressive multiple sclerosis, I was diagnosed in 2015 and I see a neurologist at the University of Michigan neurology clinic. My more immediate concern is the constant urinary tract infections that I suffer from. I have taken antibiotics many times in an effort to treat the infections, however they are recurring. I am curious if there is some sort of surgical remedy to this problem or if anyone has done research into this. I also would like to know if a surgery would necessarily damage my reproductive organs, such as my prostate.
