I have fever from 3 days . What can it be maleria , tyfied or dengue? And if can what are some medicine for prevent.?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Fever can be in anything. Malaria, typhoid and dengue all can present with fever. How do you expect us to know what it is with this information? Tests will have to be done. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
