Fitsula during dylasis

Sir my mom had a kidney operation in 1999 And since then there is a fitsula in hand Which was made at that time for dylasis, She is well Now And kidney is in Good conditiion.... But the fitsula is Now big And seems like more complicated. Should we close it down by surgery? And this fitsula is risky? What are the risk factorss Pic is attached

If her kidney function is normal and she doesn't need Dialysis anymore then such a massively developed AV Fistula definitely needs to be closed. Such a massively developed Fistula can overload the heart and damage the heart in long run.
