Is it alright to feed my 5yr old son a boiled egg before he goes for his swimming classes? Here will be joining his classes soon. It's for 45 mins

Hi ....pls give him s boiled egg AFTER  he comes back from swimming ...if he is hungry before swimming pls give him a banana or an apple or  2 biscuits...
