I am feeling some pus from ano after surgery. My surgery finished 22 days back Please suggest me some medicine or ointment and how many days still I will feel pus from ano

It is not mentioned anywhere what type of fistula this was.. neither any imagining report nor mentioned in the operative notes... P.S:- perianal fistulas have high recurrence rate if not not excised properly..
