I have undergone fistula surgery yesterday,i am fit no complain except pain and burning,my surgeon asked me to take sitz bath in hot water once in morning after passing stool,i get relieve from it Can i take it thrice a day bcoz i am having burning later in day Plz note i am having stichhes inside Plz advice
