I' am a 23 year old male and have a problem with fistula (it has been 5 years now). I suspect this is caused because I have been masturbating the prone way since I was young. I recently quit masturbation (it has been six months). Since then I see few drops of blood discharge once in a while(like a fortnight) but there isn't any pain in the anal region. Now I want to get my fistula treated. Please give me more information about the seriousness of the issue and about the methods to get it treated
