Fissures last month now fine

I had fissures last month now ok no pain almost rectified. I'm not still taking spicy food. No pain nothing. Just want to know if I can apply coconut oil on anal area just in case of any dryness etc. Or any general cream I can apply occasionally to avoid any dryness or just to lubricate... Thank you all
