I am using anobliss onitment for fissure along with lactifiber powder and lactomed syrup..i got some reliefs but i do have itching around anal area and i always urge to scratch the anal region so can i use Spear onitment ?

Why not go consult a surgeon in person and get it examined ,you might have a fistula. Fistula leaks and itches alot.
