I was suffering from constipation which lead to a fissure in my anus which is there from past 10 days for which I am applying a cream daily twice and eating fiber rich diet as well. However it is paining very badly. Please let me know the cure for this.

Hello. Well I understand that you must be going through lot of pain...but then if the fissure is too thick and causing too much symptoms them I think you will have to undergo fissurectomy only...it's better you meet a surgeon at the earliest... thank you
