First Toe bleeding in Right leg

Sir he got hurt by way of bike falling on his feet. And his first toe or Big toe got hurt and nail has almost come off and is just sticking slightly to the skin. We have put TT injection and have done first aid. Is it a serious problem, is there any painkiller to minimize the pain.

Requires xray foot to see whether there is any fracture,  if not wound care and pain killers will help,

Hi dear, so is there a swelling on his toe n is he able to move it properly without any pain?

You can get his X RAY done. If there is fracture, then he needs immobilisation.

When heavy objects like motorcycle is falling on toe - there is chances of fracture of the small bones there.
