Hello, it was my very first time smoking today regretfully because I now have a stomach ache, i'm peeing water every 15 minutes, my chest hurts, hard to breath, I feel very weak & tired..also my whole body keeps twitching..I'm scared!! Please help! I'm 19 years old..
