First molar tooth treatment

I am sending my latest x ray please tell me what i do with my first molar tooth. Is this x-ray clear enough to tell you about the treatment of first molar.  In Second molar the infection is in the pulp level or not. Suggest me about the treatment.

the x ray clearer shows the decay has entered the pulp in the second molar and we can try doing just a filling with the first molar.
Next Steps
visit for rct with relation to second molar and filling in first molar
