diet and nutrition :
avoid all highly processed food, beverage especially alcohol, non vegetarian food, purine rich diet, fast food etc.
avoid high intake of curd, yogurt, cheese, paneer and thick milk.
drink plenty of water throughout the day(not large amount at a time) . drink citrus fruit juice * Orange. ( only fresh fruits, no added
sugar )
avoid fructose corn syrup.
