Fingerprints missing in biometric

Hi I am 29 years old. But i am unable to get my fingerprints in any biometric systems, including aadhar biometric data. None of my fingerprints are not read anywhere. I am facing lot of troubles for this. Could it be something that can be reversed doctor ?
