Hello Practo User, This problem is due to cervical nerve compression. Aap ko xray aur examination ki zarurat hai. Aap Orthopaedic doctor se milke apna jaanch karayiye. Regards.

It could be mechanical or inflammatory.. Any history of injury or family history of arthritis?
Next Steps
should make sure blod test done.. crpuric acidvitamin d level RA factor to start with consult a Rheumatologist
