Finger join bones swelling problem

My mother is 51 years old and her fingers join bones are getting swelled. She is having knee pain, body swelling, and thyroid problem as well. Should I concern ortho? Please refer or give some suggestions

Symptoms are suggesting arthritis..most pry Rheumatoid Arthritis ... Little more information regarding her health status and few investigation are required for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Yes it does concern ortho. It seems like a rheumatic arthritis. A proper history will let me help you give a proper guidelines on how to proceed with. It requires offline assessment of the patient with an online guidance
