Dear doctor I have fine rough hair and have been searching for the solutions to improve the quality. Already using SLS n paraben free shampoo.. tried all the oils before.. kesh king seems to work a little. Also tried applying and consuming vitamin e tablets. Nothing worked much so far except hair fall which has decreased a bit. I dn trust Dr. Batras and just wish to know if you can help me with this. No false promises please...

Fine hair cant be made thick, only density if decreased due to hair fall can be changed. Hair fall can be controlled. Try to use minoxidil 2% 0.5ml daily and try to take a good multivitamins
