Hi All, recently took ct thorax for cough and cold. There is one finding regarding the spine. Any further tests needed for it,how can I improve. Is going to the gym or playing badminton bad.

You are too young to have degenerative changes. These are seen in older individuals. It might be an incidental finding. First, get treatment for infection. No need to do anything for spine pathology. Or you  can take supplements
