Finasteride effect on Muscle Training

Hi Doctor, I am 36 years now and doing muscle training since 2 months as i am underweight (58 kg -167 cm) I am also having Alopecia too, so started using Finasteride from 2 weeks that was suggested by Dermatologist. Now my doubt is will Finasteride decrease effect on muscle training, as it interfere with Testosterone? Please help!
