I was prescribed finasteride 1mg by my dermatologist for androgenic alopecia. Now I'm feeling nipple soreness and breast pain. I'm worrying if it would develop in Gynecomastia. I'm also worried about my hairs coz I'm just 21 years old and my hairline has drastically fallen. Can you please advise me a way I can take finasteride without developing such sexual side effects due to raised estrogen
