My father is Feeling fever from inside and filling dizziness since 8 days..he is not haveing any cold and cough also.. checked temperature in tharmometer (98f) . After taking vaccine after 4 days he is facing this problem.. dizziness may be due to low hemoglobin. Or some this else Already done covid test it's negative.. what should we do.. please advise.. Please check above attachment

Hello his Haemoglobin is too low . (8.3 ) Dizziness is due to low haemoglobin . Also check his sodium level in blood

Don't worry , sometimes it happens !! With the vaccine did he take any medicine for fever ?!   Please mention any allergies or medical conditions like High BP , Diabetes and is he taking any medication.

If didn't took any medications then take tab.Dolo 650 mg. take tab FSFA once a daily tab MVBC once a daily tab shelcal 500mg once daily  for 1 month

get tested (CBC) after 1 month. Take proper diet rich in iron Exp.(beetroot, dates, etc).
