My dear.. I saw your post here. U r looking for a doctor who treats fibromyelgia. U can go to a pain physician in hydrabad. Pain physicians look after chronic pain syndroms. We give medicine some time local injection advise for life style management . Exercise schedule in exteme cases we give anaesthetic meicines in lower doses in normal saline drip in you vein.
