I m suffering from past 10 years, tried all pathies, now just want a painkiller as m fed up of side effects of various medicines, Paracetamol is not Woking now for me. Other drugs like diclofenac ,aceclofenac etc do not give pain relief the way they used to give some years ago at low doses.
