Fibromuscular hyperplasia- please advise

Histopathology TEST NAME :Small Specimen CLINICAL NOTES: Sigmoidoscopy: Rectum – just above anal verge there were two nodules of size 5 to 7mm with mild friability with erythema of surrounding rectal wall. SPECIMEN: Rectal biopsy MACROSCOPY: Received six grey white soft tissue bits measuring 0.2cm to 0.3cm. All embedded in one block. MICROSCOPY: The section show fragments of rectal mucosa with disturbance of crypt architecture. There is ulceration with fibrin material and active granulation tissue. Crypt loss and crypt shortening is noted. Mucodepletion is noted. Fibromuscular hyperplasia is noted. There is no evidence of dysplasia/malignancy.
