Hello doctor my husband sperm count is low 20ml nd motility is40% we have done iui for 4 times but failed now we want to go for ivf will it help us to get pregnent pls let me know

Whts your age... Any other associated factor? As your husband's count doesn't seems so low.. I think you should take at least 2 more iui chance if your age is less than32
