I have been feeling shivering since morning. It's been 2 days I had a bad cough. Now I feel.my body is hot. With irritation in eyes. I have taken paracetamol to cure the fever. Will take another tonight. What else should I take of?

Hi, According to your symptoms, viral fever could be the cause of it. Investigations : complete blood count and Dengue NS1 antigen, malaria antigen test Treatment: Tab paracetamol 500mg thrice daily. Tab Montair LC once daily, Syp. Brozeedex 1 TSF thrice daily, Cap. Becosule once daily. Plenty of oral fluids ORS
