Continuously 102 fever even after medication and vomitings. No food is going in. ORS and electrol is not going in. Please suggest

Hello, I went through your query, fever vomiting if loose stools then it is gastroenteritis, if vomiting is not controlled by tablets then you need to antiemitic injection,, which helps to control vomiting, dehydration also agrevates vomiting intravenous fluid therapy will help to control vomiting.
