Fever for one day. There was shivering with fever last night, which stayed for few minutes. Blocked right ear with mild pain while swallowing. Head feels heavy while moving around. Cough in throat. Fever was 102 degree at it's maximum.

Your symptoms are rather worrisome and i would advise you to visit the nearest ER to rule out conditions such as dengue and malaria.
