I had covishield vaccine 1st dose on 15th may.after 10 days I had mild fever in evening around 99.5 and heavy headedness.now this has been continuing for last 6 days. Rtpcr -ve..crp is 18 ...platelets ,d dimer is normal. What could be the reason?
