I'm having fever and sore throat for 2days. I have history of covid 8months ago. I have received vaccine. Please suggest some medicine.

Tab dolo 500 1 tab twice a day after food for 3 days and then sos. Tab azee 500 1 tab before food in morning for 5 days Tab montek lc 1 tab before food in evening for 5 days. Tab pantocid dsr 1 tab morning before food for 5 days. Syp grinlictus BM 10 ml twice a day Warm water gargling thrice a day

Take PCM, montair-lc at night once plus azithromycin  500 mg OD at night, do gargles. If not relieved then connect on WhatsApp or practo.
