Fever since last 17 days

I am suffering from typhoid since last 17 days..getting low grade fever only like morning 99.1 and evening 99.5...doctors have prescribed medicines which are mentioned below.. Septran ds Becozyme c forte Mahaflox Still fever is not going ..kindly suggest any other blood test i need to go... Had my covid test also it was negative
