Fever since 10 days

Fever about 102, fatigue, mild body ache since10 days , no other symptom. CBC, dengue,typhoid ,urine routine tests are normal. What could it be..

If all blood tests are normal, it could be viral fever.
Next Steps
Give tablet Calpol-650mg twice or thrice a day depending on the presence of fever. Drink plenty of water. Give b-complex vitamin tablet regularly. Consumption of fresh fruits will help.

Fever for 10 days need further evaluation..this rules out only basic ones... Such high fever needs further evaluation...don't neglect...get further investigated
