Fever about 102, fatigue, mild body ache since10 days , no other symptom. CBC, dengue,typhoid ,urine routine tests are normal. What could it be..

If all blood tests are normal, it could be viral fever.
Next Steps
Give tablet Calpol-650mg twice or thrice a day depending on the presence of fever. Drink plenty of water. Give b-complex vitamin tablet regularly. Consumption of fresh fruits will help.
