Hello Doctor, My father aged 60 years, diabetic, suddenly got fever at evening with chills, took antibiotics aziyhromycin and dolo course for 5 days. There after again it's recurring when he gets strain or in the evening time. All tests are done chest x-ray, ultrasound abdomen, typhi and malaria.
